This website is run by MINDCORE STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62091GJ2024PTC156440), trading as MindCore Studios ("we", "us"), with its registered office at Vadhman Society, Kayavarohan Road, Near ICICI ATM, Por, Vadodara, Gujarat 391243, India.
By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is not a contract for work
The site describes our services, products, prices and past work so you can decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer you can accept.
Prices, timelines and scopes on the site are guides. They become binding only when they are written into a proposal or statement of work that we both sign. Any project we take on is governed by that signed agreement. Where the signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site fairly
You may browse the site, share its pages and contact us through it. Please do not:
- send spam, automated or bulk messages through the inquiry form or booking calendar;
- give false details or pretend to be someone else;
- try to break, overload, probe or get around the site's security, including the reCAPTCHA and rate limits;
- scrape or copy the site in a way that puts a load on it, or to build a competing service;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block access or ignore messages that break these rules.
What you send us
Only send what you are allowed to share. Please do not send passwords or other secrets through the form.
We handle what you send with care and only to talk with you about your project, as the privacy notice explains. If you need a formal confidentiality agreement before sharing details, ask and we will sign one with you first.
Our content and brand
The text, designs, graphics, code, video and images on the site, and the MindCore Studios name, logo and full stop mark, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us.
You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit and a link back. For anything more, such as republishing a guide or using our logo, ask us first, or follow the guidance in our press kit.
Client names, logos and project images shown in case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Other product names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the tools we work with.
Guides, case studies and results
Our guides and articles are general information to help you think through a decision. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation, and may go out of date.
Case studies describe what we built and how it performed for that client. Every business is different, so they are not a promise of the same results for yours.
Other services and links
Some features use other companies' services: Cal.com for bookings, YouTube for videos and WhatsApp for chat. Their own terms apply when you use them. Links to other websites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No guarantee the site is always available
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Our liability
The site is free to use. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, that comes from using or not being able to use the site or from relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. Our liability for client work is set by the signed agreement for that work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
