Turanz Trading is a leading provider of advanced data analytics and monitoring software for Networking and Unified Communications Operators. Their wide range of solutions is used across multiple industries and domains to provide rich insight into the operational performance of the Network and the UC infrastructure.
What we built
Our team engineered methods to extract crucial information from Microsoft Teams such as pinning capability, jitter, upload/download speed, and network downtime. Our solution allows for the extraction of 50 dimensions and 20 measurements from Teams CQD, which was previously not possible. This information can be used to improve the performance and quality of Microsoft Teams, as well as to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
