Do we need to rebuild everything?
Not necessarily. We first assess what is working and what needs attention. We recommend retaining useful code and replacing only the parts that cannot meet the agreed requirements.
How much will the project cost?
Cost depends on scope, integrations, existing code quality, and operational needs. After an initial conversation and technical assessment, we share a scoped proposal with milestones.
Will we own the code and infrastructure?
We plan handover around your repositories and cloud accounts, with documentation for deployment and operations. Ownership and access are agreed in the project contract.
