The challenge and the solution
EQ Will is an online platform that generates wills automatically in accordance with Caribbean regulations. To determine the distribution of assets after their parents' death, users must create an account and complete an extensive form/questionnaire. They can choose to consult a lawyer or proceed independently. In addition, an admin portal is available to assist users who encounter difficulties, with the admin able to fill out the form on behalf of the user, making the process more straightforward and accessible.

Our team then engineered an application tailored to the legal system of the Caribbean Islands. One of the application's standout features guarantees that all wills created by EQ Will adhere to the Caribbean region's legal regulations and are legally valid.
