The Cool Running Customer Portal was designed to enhance customer-level financial transparency by synchronizing transactional and outstanding balance data from accounting systems into Cool Running. The portal ensures customers and internal teams have accurate, real-time insights into invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. By integrating directly with QuickBooks Online and enabling future multi-platform support, the portal reduces reconciliation discrepancies and improves operational efficiency.
